Currently, we are able to trace a certain Facebook account: Quality Care Maid Agency under a certain "KAZU" using our agency's name, license and pictures.  This is however being reviewed by our legal team for proper course of legal action.

Tips to Building a Long Lasting Relationship with our Kasambahay

As we all know, kasambahay plays a very critical role in our household.  We all have had our own share of nightmares with maids. Some tested our patience to its maximum level and firing them right then and there is not always an option. Let's face it. In our every success, there is always a kasambahay behind it.

At LifeMAIDeasy.PH, it is our hope to see long lasting relationships between our clients and their respective kasambahays. Here are some of the few tips on how to build a good relationship with our household angels:

  • 1. Welcome them to your home with open arms as if they were your long lost relatives. Treat them as part of your family. Calling them "ATE" instead of "YAYA" sounds very personal. With this, they can feel the sense of family. Remember, a number of them are from far-flung provinces and yes, they also have families being left behind. Calling them "ATE" can help put a smile on their faces.

  • 2. Requiring them to wear a uniform? Yes that can be an option. But to them, it means something especially when going out like attending a party, going to the mall, etc. Should there really be a need to wear so, explain it to them. Let them feel that it is your household policy. However, a number of our recruits prefer to wear clean and decent casual clothes without having to wear a uniform esp when outside. You should ask them during the interview if it's ok with them to wear such in and out of your household.

  • 3. Eat together. Isn't how family should be? Just explain to them some of your table manners. Eating together means a lot to them. It is a good avenue for bonding moments; to talk almost anything under the sun, or even crack jokes with her and vice versa. This way, she would feel a sense of belongingness which will eventually avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding as she is now confident of sharing and expressing herself as well as her worries and concerns in the household.
