A blessed day!

True to our vision and commitment of providing peace of mind in every household, we strive to ensure that your feedback, suggestions, compliments or otherwise are attended to and acted upon.  One of the concerns being echoed to us is the physical and mental fitness of our candidates.  In response, we are once again pleased to inform you that our medical screening package has been enhanced in partnership with topnotch medical service providers who are not just licensed and accredited by DOLE, DOH, POEA, PNP, & MARINA but are likewise ISO-CERTIFIED.  With this certification and accreditation, you can rest assured that the medical results are near-accurate and unbiased.

Our built-in mandatory medical screening package does not entail additional costs to you.  This includes: Neuro-Psychiatric Screening, Drug Testing, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Chest X-ray and even Pregnancy Testing. We are likewise delighted to share with you the awards and accolades we have received. For the second time around, we have been adjudged as The Most Trusted Household Services Provider by the National Product Quality Excellence Awards, Seal of Service Quality, 2015 and 2016. And the greater news is, we also won as the Best Local Maid Agency by the Best Choice Annual Awards 2016. Our Official Facebook Page: Lifemaideasy.ph has been duly verified by Facebook making us the first local maid agency to have been Facebook-Verified. With Facebook Verification, it confirms the authenticity of the page giving you extra peace of mind that you are dealing with a genuine business organization. Likewise, we have been DOLE-CERTIFIED Compliant on General Labor Standards and on Occupational Safety and Health Standards, the first and only in its class to have received this recognition.  These accolades would not have been made possible had it not been for your continued trust and confidence.  Proudly, as we celebrate our 7th year, we have likewise expanded our operations and are now present in 6 major cities nationwide, to date: Cebu, Manila, Tarlac, Davao, Bacolod and Dumaguete.  With this strategic expansion, we are now able to cater to our growing number of our clientele in these areas and nearby cities and provinces.

However, it is very sad to note that there are certain unscrupulous individuals who are using our agency on a modus:

Asking money from potential clients by sending it through any PERA PADALA Centers in exchange for maids.  Please be advised that this is UNAUTHORIZED, UNCALLED FOR & FRAUDULENT and are not in line with our Standard Operating Procedures.  Agency Fee will only be collected upon endorsement of the maid NOT prior and is not to be sent via PERA PADALA.  Our clients will either have to pick up the maid at our office or be delivered by our staff.  The agency advises everyone to exercise sound judgment and due diligence especially in instances when money is involved.

Currently, we are able to trace a certain Facebook account: Quality Care Maid Agency under a certain "KAZU" using our agency's name, license and pictures.  This is however being reviewed by our legal team for proper course of legal action.

We always use postpaid numbers in transacting business with our clients.  Please be warned.  Don't fall prey.  Report any suspicious transactions involving our agency via email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Professionalizing the local maid industry is a long journey.  But with your constant feedback, we are confident that we will be able to realize our vision one household at a time.  We will keep on finding better ways to improve our service.

Thank you for making us better at what we do.

Yours in Service,

Archie Arizo

Tips to Building a Long Lasting Relationship with our Kasambahay

As we all know, kasambahay plays a very critical role in our household.  We all have had our own share of nightmares with maids. Some tested our patience to its maximum level and firing them right then and there is not always an option. Let's face it. In our every success, there is always a kasambahay behind it.

At LifeMAIDeasy.PH, it is our hope to see long lasting relationships between our clients and their respective kasambahays. Here are some of the few tips on how to build a good relationship with our household angels:

  • 1. Welcome them to your home with open arms as if they were your long lost relatives. Treat them as part of your family. Calling them "ATE" instead of "YAYA" sounds very personal. With this, they can feel the sense of family. Remember, a number of them are from far-flung provinces and yes, they also have families being left behind. Calling them "ATE" can help put a smile on their faces.

  • 2. Requiring them to wear a uniform? Yes that can be an option. But to them, it means something especially when going out like attending a party, going to the mall, etc. Should there really be a need to wear so, explain it to them. Let them feel that it is your household policy. However, a number of our recruits prefer to wear clean and decent casual clothes without having to wear a uniform esp when outside. You should ask them during the interview if it's ok with them to wear such in and out of your household.

  • 3. Eat together. Isn't how family should be? Just explain to them some of your table manners. Eating together means a lot to them. It is a good avenue for bonding moments; to talk almost anything under the sun, or even crack jokes with her and vice versa. This way, she would feel a sense of belongingness which will eventually avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding as she is now confident of sharing and expressing herself as well as her worries and concerns in the household.

"As employers, let them know that they are important, appreciate them in their work, talk to them more often, and most importantly, treat them as part of your family. For without them, our careers may be set aside, or our family sacrificed...either way...that's how critical and important their roles are to us"
