Our contract for the BASIC PACKAGE comes with a 30-day trial period. The replacement fee of P2,500 for the replacement is waived automatically on your first request for replacement made within 30 days. Also if our maid has to leave due to pregnancy or if she’s been infected with any contagious diseases, we will also automatically waive the processing fee for the replacement.  For the STANDARD PACKAGE, it's UNLIMITED & FREE (no replacement fee).

Yes. In compliance with the newly passed KASAMBAHAY LAW, it is now mandatory to enroll our kasambahay in these programs starting on her second month from employment. For salaries P5000 and below, the premiums shall be 100% shouldered by the employers. Likewise, 13th month pay and paid vacation leaves should also be accorded to them. Violations to these provisions shall merit automatic cancellation of our contract and forfeiture of the right to request for replacement without prejudice to possible legal remedies.
We are extra careful in selecting a candidate for the replacement. We endorse somebody not just because you need a replacement but because she passed our screening processes – NBI, medical, plus your specific qualifications are also taken into consideration. We want to make sure that the replacement candidate would somehow work this time. We also grant requests for replacement in the order they were received. If you requested ahead of the other, then certainly you get entertained first. Hence, replacement could take up to 30 days from your formal notice.
Yes there are certain fees and charges, as follows:A. Replacement Fee – P2, 500.  Applicable only starting from the second replacement request.  This is automatically waived on the first request made within the first 30 days of the contract.  B.  Premium Charge - P2000.  This is applied everytime a client opts to hire provincial candidates. C. Delivery Charge – 1, 500 . This service is subject to staffing availability, and weather conditions.  Delivery within Metro Manila only.
As part of our company SOP, all candidates are guaranteed to have undergone comprehensive medical screening prior to deployment as part of the contract. Neuro-Psychiatric Screening, Drug Testing, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Chest X-ray and even Pregnancy Testing. Please be advised however, that these tests may not still guarantee our candidate's physical and mental fitness to the job. We strongly suggest having her undergo other series of tests of your choice at your expense this time.  
With our Exit Clearance Procedure (EXP), Day-off Permission Policy (DOPP) in place plus with our stringent screening processes, we have been spared from candidates working on a modus. However, if this so happens, contact us immediately so we can forward to you softcopies of their original documents, biometrics, pictures, sketches of their homes,  among others. However, we suggest to take extra precaution as their attitude, personalities as well as their plans and motives are beyond the control of the agency and we disclaim any and all liabilities for any untoward incidents or disagreements (whether or not caused by the house help’s fault and/or negligence) during and/or after the contract period including but not limited to theft, debt, damage to property, accident or injury, sickness or even loss of life. The house help is solely responsible for his/her actions.
We feel sorry for you that you have to go through that ordeal. Nobody deserves that kind of service.
